- Email the personalisation for each of the products to hello@etcheddesign.au. Once we have completed the designs, we will email you for design approval before production.
- We require 2 weeks for production; if you need your order sooner, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate.
- This bundle includes FREE standard post; this come with tracking, which will be emailed to you on dispatch. If your wedding is only weeks away, we strongly recommend you purchase express post.

- Perth customers are welcome to hire our easel for free, so pick up in available.
This product is handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to cut, assemble and package your sign, before it is ready to be dispatched to you. If you need your signage sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
We will send you a design mock-up, so please ensure you check your email regularly to avoid production delays.

This product will be packaged and shipped in sturdy packaging.
USE & CARE GUIDE
Acrylic signs can be damp wiped, do not submerge in water. If you would like to clean with a cleaner other than water and cloth, you can use eucalyptus oil. DO NOT use harsh cleaning chemicals.
Our products are packaged extremely well. Whilst we do our best, if your order arrives broken in the post, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged item. We will happily express post a replacement the following day.
We do not accept refunds for personalised items, sorry, so please choose carefully.
