If you wish to expedite the processing of your order beyond our standard production time, the acquisition of our RUSH FEE is necessary. This additional fee ensures a fast-tracked order processing, with shipment occurring within 24 hours.

Etched is not liable for breakages, other than during the post.  When handling cake toppers, please take care.  It has been designed to hold from the stem to ensure safe handling. s

Whist we take great care in our packaging, from time to time, items may get damaged in transit, which is out of our control.  If this does happen to you, please email us at hello@etched.biz within 24hours and attach a photo of the broken item and packaging.  We will then assess and send a replacement express post.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  If the item  is not returned in it’s original condition, you are responsible for any lost in it value.

Our cake toppers are designed to fit perfectly on a 6" cake. We don't give an exact size, as this will change depending on font and the number of letters in the name or word.

We offer 6 inch and 8 inch cake toppers, and we find our 8 inch size works perfectly with 10 inch cakes.

Yes, however, the text or font size will be small and hard to read. If you have more than 7 letters in a name, we would highly recommend you upgrade to a 8 inch design and if you use this on a 6 inch cake, it will hang over the edge.

Yes. We have an option to upgrade to RUSH FEE. This will fast track your order and we will have it in the post within 24hours. You will need to select EXPRESS post or collection, otherwise your order will be delayed.

Cake froppers are designed to sit on the front of your cake, and as they are smaller, they are more affordable than a cake topper. They also allow the cake maker to add decorations to the top of the cake, such as flowers, confectionary or a different type of cake topper.

To mount your cake fropper onto the side of your cake, use buttercream. For extra support position toothpicks underneath and around the fropper and this will keep it in place.

Yes they are; they are made from cast acrylic and can be damp wiped for re-use. We do not recommend submerging in water, as this could damage the acrylic; especially mirrored acrylic.

We only send design mockups with our bespoke cake toppers. In saying that, we are happy to send you one; however, you will need to request this by leaving us a message at checkout.

We strongly recommend you use a long kebab stick or chopstick to create a hole in the centre of your cake. Then use the STAKE or STICK part of the cake topper and gently push into the hole. Do not use the text, as this will break and we will not take responsibility for this.
