Shipping policy

• We deliver via Australia Post, all orders come with tracking.

• As we are based in Perth, Perth to Perth takes 2 to 3 business days and 4 to 6 business days from Perth to the Eastern States, a few more days if you are rural. If you need your order sooner, you can select EXPRESS POST, which has a small additional fee. Express post will get to Perth customers in 1 to 2 days and 3 to 4 days for other parts of Australia.

 

• If you do not live in Perth and your event is 1 week from your order, please email us at hello@etcheddesign.au and we will do our best to accommodate.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the address you provide us on your order form is correct. We take no responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address unless it is our error.

 

• Etched will not accept responsibility for lost orders.   If your parcel does go missing, we will contact Australia Post for you and lodge a missing parcel. Thankfully all orders have tracking numbers, so this makes it easier to follow up for you.

 

• All products purchased from ETCHED are packaged with care, however, if there is damage on arrival, please send us a photo and advise within 24hrs and we will happily replace it for you. We will not issue a replacement without photo evidence.
