Reliable Delivery with Tracking – Shipped via Australia Post with options for parcel post or express post, each order includes a tracking number for peace of mind. If you need further assistance, contact us, and we’ll gladly provide tracking information manually.
- Convenient Pickup for Perth Customers – Local pickup is available for our Perth customers. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email with pickup details. Please contact us via email to arrange a suitable pickup day and time (Monday to Friday).
This product is handmade to order. Please allow 10 business days for us to cut, assemble and package your time, before it is ready to be dispatched to you. If you need sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Perth customers are welcome to collect from our Kallaroo workshop.
USE & CARE GUIDE
Acrylic signs can be damp wiped, do not submerge in water. If you would like to clean with a cleaner other than water and cloth, you can use eucalyptus oil. DO NOT use harsh cleaning chemicals.
Our products are packaged extremely well. Whilst we do our best, if your order arrives broken in the post, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged item. We will happily express post a replacement the following day.
We do not accept refunds for personalised items sorry, so please choose carefully.
