Our glassware is dishwasher safe, however, as they are made from hand-blown crystal, they are delicate and as such, we recommend you hand wash them in warm soapy water.
Our products are packaged extremely well. Whilst we do our best, if your order arrives broken in the post, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged item. We will happily express post a replacement the following day.
We do not accept refunds for personalised items sorry, so please choose carefully.
