- The delivery time frames are estimates given to us by Australia Post. Once we have dispatched your order, we have no control over the time frame, unfortunately.
This product is handmade to order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to cut, assemble, and package your time, before it is ready to be dispatched to you.

This product will be packaged and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.

Damp wipe, do not submerge in water.
Do not place next to a naked flame; ensure there is some distance, so it does not catch fire!
We pride ourselves on our packaging. Whilst we do our best, if your order arrives broken in the post, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the damaged item. We will happily express post a replacement the following day.
We offer refunds for non-personalised products, if you change your mind within 3 days. You will be responsible for shipping costs and ensuring it arrives to us safely.
We do not except refunds for personalised items sorry, so please choose carefully.
